A blue flashing light on your Summit-S indicates protection defrost mode.
The Summit-S dehumidifier has a unique protection function to preserve the life of the compressor. This protection function is sometimes referred to as the "defrost mode".
During this process, you will see a gentle flashing blue light on the power indicator. The protection process runs for 5-10 minutes then it will continue to your set program.
