The maximum length of the exhaust hose for our portable air conditioning units is 1.5 metres.
Do not extend the hose beyond this length as it can cause back pressure resulting in stress to the compressor. This could cause a loss in efficiency, and possibly compressor failure.
Make sure that the hose is straight and not kinked in order for the air to be expelled efficiently.
