Servicing


Annual Service
The Annual Service items are only valid if purchased within 28 days of your purchase.  You must register your product with us at our Product Registration page before you purchase any of the Annual Service.

Ad Hoc Service & Repair
If you do not have an annual servicing subscribed, you can select the Ad Hoc Service & Repair. The Ad Hoc Service & Repair covers labour and diagnostics .  Once we receive your item we will let you know if any parts need replacement and will seek your approval and payment.  Once you give us the approval we will proceed to repair.  If your appliance does not require any part replacement, we will proceed to service. 

Collection and Delivery of your appliance
We offer a local shop collection and delivery if you prefer for us to collect your product to our repair center and re-deliver the product back to you. You will be provided with a list of local shops near you to drop off or collect the product.
