Ad Hoc Service

The Ad Hoc Service & Repair covers labour and diagnostics .  Once we receive your item we will let you know if any parts need replacement and will seek your approval and payment.  Once you give us the approval we will proceed to repair.  If your appliance does not require any part replacement, we will proceed to service. 

Before you purchase this item, kindly ensure that you have already:-
1) Registered your product at Product Registration
2) Filled in the Service & Repair Form

Please note that the Collection & Delivery are only available to Collection from a Mainland UK Address only.  

We do not collect or deliver from Republic Ireland, Northern Ireland and Islands (Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey). You will need to arrange the delivery to base and back at your cost.
