This service covers the diagnostics and labour to inspect and repair your portable air conditioner.

Once we receive your unit, we’ll check it fully. If any internal parts need replacing, we’ll contact you for approval and payment before carrying out the repair.

Please Note:

• Parts are not included in the price
• Only internal components are covered under the 1 Year Warranty (not filters or panels)
  
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for both the delivery of the unit to our Service Centre and the return delivery to their address.
